OKLAHOMA'S LARGEST HALLOWEEN CELEBRATION
For over 30 years, thousands of Oklahomans from around the Tulsa area have come out to experience one of the most anticipated events of the year: the Brookside BooHaHa Halloween celebration. Dress up in your best costume and head to Peoria for inflatables, free candy, costume contests, face painting, food, and more. The annual BooHaHa event is anchored by the legendary parade which runs from 45th & Peoria to 33rd & Peoria.

TRICK-OR-TREATINGA Halloween celebration would not be complete without candy! Available at various locations.

One of the best parts about the Brookside BooHaHa is FREE CANDY! There will be several candy destinations along Peoria on the day of the event.

Visit the BooHaHa Vendor Hub at the NW corner of 41st & Peoria in the ACE Hardware parking lot, where you’ll find a frightfully fun mix of local Tulsa vendors and ghoulish delights!

Contests will be held at Brookside Collective Park, Myers-Duren Harley Davidson, and Southminster Church. Trophies will be given to each winner.

The pet costume contest will be held at City Vet (get directions). Trophies will be given to the winners.

The annual BooHaHa Parade will move north on Peoria Avenue from 45th to 33rd and will feature groups and organizations from all across the Tulsa regional area.
When is the 2026 Brookside BooHaHa?
Saturday, October 24th from 9:00am - 12:00pm. The parade begins at 11:00am.
Is there a cost to attend?
No, the Brookside BooHaHa is a community event that is free & open to the public.
Where should I park?
Free parking is available along South Peoria Avenue and in nearby off-street parking lots. If you park on a neighborhood street, please be considerate and do not block residential driveways.
Will there be vendors setup at boohaha?
Yes, vendors will be setup in the Westlake ACE Hardware parking lot on the corner of 41st & Peoria.
How do I enter my float or group into the parade?
Please complete the parade application no later than 5:00pm on Friday, September 25th.

What happens if it rains?
Where can you get all four seasons in a single day? OKLAHOMA! The Brookside BooHaHa is a rain or shine event. The festivities will only be cancelled if the weather is considered hazardous, in which case we will communicate that via the website and social media.
